8 May 2015 – Appointment of Honorary Advisor
Professor Dr. Adlan Parsa were officially appointed as the Honorary Advisor of HKICE on Wednesday, 8 May 2015. Professor Dr. Adlan Parsa is the President and Chairman of the Board of SABI University, France. Professor Dr. Adlan Parsa has been working as a human rights lawyer for the past 10 years and has co-founded several non-profit organisations in the Middle East. He speaks English, Persian, French and Swedish. He taught as a full and part-time lecturer in several European higher education institutes including the University of Helsinki and the University of Tampere in Finland. Professor Dr. Adlan Parsa has an LLM in International Law from Azad Islamic University in Teheran, a DEA in Criminal Science from the Université de Toulouse in France and a PhD in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales in Paris, France.

13 May 2014 – Chair's Update
May’s Board meeting was the first with our new Director-General, Dr. Bruce Millett. Dr. Bruce Millett is the Associate Dean (Teaching & Scholarship), University of Southern Queensland, Faculty of Business, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. Dr. Bruce Millett’s first priority in his new role has been to develop a strategic plan which coordinates HKICE operations, as well as a number of institutional programmatic and management activities which will deliver real growth for HKICE and engagement with the leadership and management profession.
7 May 2014 – Appointment of Honorary Advisors
Professor Dr. Lai Kin Keung and Dr. Richard Hu were officially appointed as the Honorary Advisor of HKICE on Wednesday, 7 May 2014. Professor Dr. Lin Kin Keung is the Chair Professor of Management Science of the City University of Hong Kong. Besides, he is also the Founding Chairman, Operational Research Society of Hong Kong (HK). Whilst, Dr. Richard Hu is the Chairman of the University Board, California International Business University (CIBU). CIBU is one of the few private universities in the United States accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
